This is my 3D printed Sword of Power replica from the 2026 movie "Masters of the Universe". I got the 3D model from here.
After printing everything, I glued the sword together and sanded it down. I wish I would have sanded the sword down a bit better because I used a new to me technique to "paint" the sword.
I used this high reflective nail polish. In the spots where I really sanded the print down and used UV resin
to smooth it out, the finish looks really good. However, because I didn't take enough time to sand the whole sword down, the finish comes off as spotty. Which does not look bad; it just does not
look 1 to 1 with its movie counterpart. With all that being said, I'm still very pleased with how the Sword of Power came out, especially because my dad is a huge fan of the series.
Unfortunately, the sword did not give me abs...
